Our firm is led by Rob Wise, CPA, Director & President, who has been with the firm for more than 25 years and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College. Rob took over the firm from founder Dennis Snyder in 2021 and has kept the same monthly-partnership philosophy the firm was built on.
He's backed by a team that includes Cynthia "Cynde" Pfirrmann, CPA, an Accounting Manager who holds both a CPA and an Enrolled Agent credential; Audrey Jones, an Accounting Manager currently studying for the Uniform CPA Exam; Cindy Lynch, a Bookkeeper with the firm for more than a decade; and Zach Wise, an Accounting Specialist with a Bachelor's and Master's in Finance. Every member of our team works out of our Wilmington office — not a remote call center — so the person who answers your call usually already knows your file.
